A wonderful place to workout in a great place for seniors to work out good job

I can honestly say that I enjoy this gym more than any other gym that i have been to. The staff is great and always will to help.

Love the senior fit class at the Michigan Center facility. Attend regularly. Class is fun. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly!

The price is the only problem that I have, but the place is way better than any other gym around here.

Went in for free trial..my husband was with so he had to fill out form just to walk in. Then we we're called a few times and emailed a few times..not interested thanks..
